Introduction to the new structure:
The design of the machine is novel: water cooling system (water cooling system can be configured separately according to material heating degree), electrical monitoring system, reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, no tetrafluoroethylene powder and metal materials in the pellet, well-made, made in Germany The process, equipped with automatic feeding system, convenient for assembly, disassembly and cleaning, meets the requirements of domestic and international GMP quality certification.
1. The lifting part is realized by the hydraulic lifting cylinder to raise and lower the feeding mechanism, and the position switch is used to control the position, and the feeding, pressing and finishing interlocking are carried out.
2. The feeding part is driven by the motor to drive the double cones to the pre-pressing and degassing of the powder. According to the performance of different materials, the feeding speed can be adjusted steplessly (frequency control).
3. The tablet is driven by the motor to drive the cycloid reducer, so that the drive shaft rotates, and the relative rotational motion and pressure of the two pressure rollers are combined to compress the powder into a sheet. According to the compressibility of different materials, the pressure of the pressure roller can be adjusted steplessly (frequency control).
4. The whole grain part is rotated by the variable frequency speed regulating motor and the whole knife is rotated to form the particles required for the formation of the sheet material to be discharged in the mesh.
5. The pressure part is supplied by the electric vane pump to the oil cylinder. The accumulator is used to regulate the pressure. The upper and lower pressure limits are set by the electric contact pressure gauge.
For cooling, tap water or cooling water can be used to force the surface of the pressure roller through the shaft hole through the HS-X32A bidirectional inner tube screw joint.
