Technological process
Pressure type spray granulation drying machineIt is mainly composed of feeding system, drying system, dust removal system, heating system and electrical system. Each system also includes some related equipment.
The feeding system is composed of a mixing barrel, a filter, a diaphragm pump and an airbrush. The two ball milling slurry is transferred from the ball mill to the mixing tank, then the filter is pumped and delivered by the membrane pump and then passed through the spray gun into the drying tower.
Starting from the spray gun nozzle into the drying tower, the spray process of spray granulation and drying is carried out, and the process is divided into three stages:
(1)Slurry atomization.
The slurry by the diaphragm pump feeding system in a certain pressure from the nozzle is pressed into the drying tower, the pressure energy is converted to kinetic energy, the slurry from the bottom to the top from the nozzle, forming a layer of high speed liquid film, the film is split into droplets immediately. The droplet size produced by atomization is inversely proportional to the pressure, and the productivity of the nozzle is proportional to the square of the pressure.
(2)Fog drying into balls.
Work with hot air mist particles to flow in a mixed flow mode, hot air is entering the tower through the hot air distributor on the top cover, hot air distributor produce a downward flow of air flow, the droplet from the bottom to the top is sprayed into the hot air. Droplets form spherical because of surface tension, and at the same time, because of the large surface area of droplets, the water evaporates rapidly, drying, and finally contracted to form dry spherical particles.
The spherical particles formed in the drying tower are gradually settled and separated from the hot air, and the funnel cavity at the lower part of the tower collects particles and is discharged from the discharge port. The finer particles, together with the dry air, are drawn into the dust removal system by suction fans attached to the funnel-shaped upper part.
(3)Particle powder discharge.
A drying system is composed of a blower, a drying tower and an exhaust fan for conveying hot air to the drying tower.
Dust removal system consists of high efficiency cyclone separator, bag dust collector, centrifugal fan and so on. The exhauster sends the finer particles together with the dry air into the high efficiency cyclone separator. Through effective separation, fine grain collection and recycling tube enters the separator at the bottom of the left exhaust gas contains a very small amount of fine particle material by centrifugal fan suction bag filter after dust collection, the harmless treatment of waste gas, the exhaust gas exhausted from the chimney.
